    This amazing book is organized into two parts covering Tai Kwon Do, Shotokan and Wado Ryu Karate, Aikido, Jujitsu, Judo, Wing Chun King Fu, Mok-gar Kung Fu, Kick Boxing, Tai Chi Chuan, Kendo, Iaido, and Shinto Ryu. Part two provides information on the various training programs in Tai Chi, Aikido, weapons and advanced s: 3. Kendo matches take place in an area 9 to 11 metres (about 30 to 36 feet) square. Contestants wear the traditional uwagi (jacket), hakama (long divided skirt), dō (chest protector), tare (waist protector), men (mask), and kote (padded gloves).
